What this page covers
This describes what LeadSyra actually does with information submitted through this public site (audit requests, booking requests) and, for existing tenants, through the authenticated application.
Information we collect through this site
- Contact details you submit (name, email, phone, and any message) via the audit or booking forms.
- Attribution information about how you reached this site (referring page, UTM parameters, and, where present, supported advertising click identifiers) - used to understand which channels are effective, never sold to third parties.
- Standard technical request information (IP address, hashed rather than stored in plain form, and browser user agent) used for abuse prevention (rate limiting).
How submitted information is used
To respond to your enquiry, to schedule a booking you request, and - only where you've given consent on the relevant form - to follow up about the service you enquired about. A marketing opt-out never blocks a direct response to a request you've made yourself.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time via the link included in those messages, or through the unsubscribe page. Unsubscribing does not affect a direct, in-progress conversation you've started with us.
